Good to hear, thanks for the update - we need to update the Call of Duty service so keep it that way for now, it will filter in the same way

@Mushiiipeas an update to the cloud was made in the last few days so that should be fixed now if you want to re-upgrade

We *think* we know what the problem may be, we'll be pushing a cloud over the next few days that should hopefully resolve it.

A BETA a year and a half later? This version is prepared for the public and depends on NETGEAR making it public, QOS cannot fail even if it is BETA, it is a router that is said and promoted as the best QOS on the market, and we end up grateful for fixing it. ..

We appreciate it all @Netduma FraserSorry for us being pains. If I could afford to upgrade to the R3 I would. But currently stuck on the XR500 and want to use to the fullest potential . Hopefully I can get back on the beta once the problem has been resolved.

We have identified the cause, it's a cloud issue not a firmware issue, we're working to resolve it

I'm not sure what that means but we can't provide cloud updates for specific firmware versions. It would also require the team to be available to do so which they won't be until new year unfortunately.
Can you provide a screenshot of the error please?

For today, I have decided to end my attempts. Although I have tried to downgrade to rc-10, the error persists. rc-14 The solution now is to wait and leave it in the hands of the experts. While I am here, I would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year, including the Netduma and Duma-OS team. May 2025 bring new opportunities and solutions to the technical challenges we face.

I already did the tftp thing, the problem appears after a few minutes, I think it is when it synchronizes with the cloud, because when I deactivate QOS the error disappears, I think it is a "DPI" application that blocks the others or it does not synchronize well with the cloud
