  1. Did as requested, still cannot find any games or join any game as soon as geolatency is disabled as you suggested. This just means the heatmap is wrong or these are mislocated servers. South african servers are not on the server select list on fragpunk itself, heatmap is just misleading at this point. If I may give you my 2cents, please confirm server locations are valid before posting on social media or synchronizing these to the heatmap cloud. Attached is one of the "NAT Servers" as requested.
  2. Tried as suggested but all that happened is my NAT TYPE became strict, I was unable to play any game, does not load into the game. As soon as i enabled these settings again im able to play.
  3. Yeah my ping ranges anything from 35-75ms to SA servers, I'm in the neighboring country Namibia. I left the server selection on auto and my geo-filter only covers my country and SA and I get connected to servers in Singapore with 248ms....lol
  4. Good day I see that my ping heatmap is showing that there are fragpunk servers in South Africa and Netduma is advertising that there are on your blog but when I go in game to select a server there are no South African servers to select. Could someone please provide clarity on the accuracy of this before I try and contact Fragpunk customer support. Did Netduma get this server list from Fragpunk developers?
  5. Hi @Netduma Fraser These are the server id's I could gather: 3VKDE6 RK5G79 1CLYL2 1CM27R 3VKDE6 Would you be able to assist with ip's then I can compare with the ip's i got from stats for nerds?
  6. No physical network setup or settings changed. I'm aware that the tracker apps are causing the packet loss on pc, but I'm playing on console, Xbox. Okay I was under the impression that you might have the server ip's and ports stored on the cloud, how else would the ping heatmap know what to ping? Anyway I will get the ID's later when I play, hopefully I will connect to most of the servers in the cluster. I will look through the ip's I can get from stats for nerds at the smartboost server and compare with those you give me. Thank you for the assistance.
  7. Good day I've been experiencing high packetloss on Valorant these past few weeks and I'm in contact with the owner of my isp. If possible, he needs ip addresses of the valorant servers in Cape Town South Africa and ports they use. Is there maybe an email address that we can contact the Netduma team on or can I just link him up to the forum? Will netduma be willing to share this? We just need to figure out if this is isp related or netduma related. Below a few screenshots of packetloss experienced.
  8. Awesome, so you suggest I rather connect all devices to the R3 to have full control of the congestion on my network? I guess I could just connect my R3 to the isp's router and just test it out for a while. My only fear is not having a use for the R3 after only owning it for a month but im so desperate to get away from my current isp, not even the powerful R3 can improve my current experience with my isp.
  9. Hi, Just a general question. I'm thinking of switching isp's to an isp that actually has gaming packages which prioritizes gaming traffic on their network. They unfortunately install a router on-site that also has QOS protocols running and its a must to use their router as their configs according to them to get the best performace. Its a tp-link router that they install, i dont have the model number yet. If i should connect my r3 into their router, would i still benefit from the r3's ping stabelizer, congestion control, and geo-filter or would it cause some kind of "clash/conflict"?
  10. Cool, will adjust playing a few games now for the evening and will let you know.
  11. I also should mention im currently on .478 firware but had the same experience on .290 and .420
  12. No internet rules for them at all. No specific rules for any devices besides the xbox and gaming priosities. Youtube traffic shows up at that moment with the hight traffic usage.
  13. @FLAKI understand what you mean here, I've experienced the same more or less. My congestion control is set to 85%down 65%up, I currently pay for and get 20mbps up and down. Whenever I'm gaming and my son watches youtube on his phone, I would start lagging and when I look at smartboost I see that my sons youtube activity is at 18-20mbps. This does not make sense as I would think the congestion control and smartboost would lower such high traffic not prioritized traffic. Currently my xbox is the only device prioritized at x5 and gaming is the only thing prioritized. @fraserMaybe smartboost should not only ensure that gaming packets are sent first but also limit the bandwidth being used according to congestion control. If thats the purpose of congestion control, then its not doing it to be honest.
  14. Can i be added to early access as well please?
  15. I will try the quoted as suggested thank you. Although this still does not answer the question why 1mbps video call traffic has low jitter shown while 0.1 mbps traffic has high jitter. I'm currently playing cod and experiencing high jitter, only with my xbox and phone connected. Still doesnt make sense.
  16. Congestion control is set to 100% upload and download. I've played around with it 75% up and down, 92% up 85% down, never had a low jitter like today. I've had it on always on and auto. I'm on 20mbps up and down.
  17. Has anyone else ever experienced this with their Netduma R3? Today 17 December 2024 my wife got on a whatsapp video call with my in-laws and as usual I just wanted to test what my jitter is like while she was on this call. At 6:05PM she started the call and a few seconds later I started the ping test, to my surprise I had the most stable, low jitter I've ever seen since owning the R3! Guys I kid you not, I can provide all the proof, the only devices on the network is my phone and my wifes phone, with no other activity besides just her whatsapp call. So i tested a few times just to see if it was just a fluke but it stayed stable during her video call. When her call was done, I did a few more test and BAM! My jitter went up again and my ping is unstable, yet again only 2 phones on the network. Why? My jitter is bad during gaming and good during only a video vall, this makes no sense at all. Its like the R3 is doing exactly the opposite of what it should to the wrong type of traffic. Can anyone explain this to me? On the image below you will see call started at 6:05PM and ended 6:23PM low ping, low jitter. At 6:43PM low traffice, high ping and high jitter. The only traffic during the whatsapp call below. Below traffic after whatsapp call with high ping and high jitter. And for those wondering below is my priorities:
  18. Thank you! I'd be surprised as well, hopefully me going full Karen on them today finally made them do something about it.
  19. I looked through the system logs on the R3 , I can find the server ip, but I just want to be accurate with the ip i provide my isp.
  20. @Netduma Fraser My ISP requested it to fix my routing towards the server. Wouldnt a UDP ping work? Either way my ISP requested it.
