    We tried again but could you reboot quickly and get it back up for us?

    Makes sense, they weren't able to access. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes and see if it stops

    ethernet, I will try again in 10 mins just unplugged it.

    No way to do it via USB, factory reset then try again please and that should work
