Hi Fraser, No error at all it just looks like it reboots itself after a matter of seconds after you start the firmware update but just stays at the last image I posted with the red spinning circle constantly spinning. You can still access the router from anoter tab and it shows no change at all and that it has been online for some time so look's like it just reboots after you start the upgrade process. Hi Fraser, I I did a factory reset and did all the setup and then tried the update but it did not work and it is still on the old version and is now stuck in a reboot loop.

Hi I left it for 6mins before trying again but still same problem i have left it and it is still stuck at the screen pictured and has been for 11 mins I have left it there but it does not look like it is updating. Is there another way to update? via usb maybee all the best John
