  1. It’s not a game server, it says disconnect to internet regardless if I’m in a game or on main screen. Immediately reconnects to internet and continues to do this for LAN connection
  2. It cuts me off internet, I go back into game settings, I can go into a game immediately. It’s not just this device, it’s another PS5 as well. They are not both on at same time, played at different times and get same issue. Both on LAN
  3. I get games fast without issue

  5. This firmware is not working. I uploaded this firmware, switched from wifi to LAN and played half of a game on PS5, and got booted off LAN again. WIFI works with no problem, but trying to play a game that has a better connection on LAN than wifi doesn't help. Do we have another way to fix or is this a broken router?
  6. Firmware still not working after a week of use. Keeps cutting off when connected to LAN cable to PS5. Wifi is the only thing that stays connected
  7. Firmware was still not successful, thought it worked, play an hour and had no issues, got off, then came back on and within 10 mins of playing got booted offline with connection loss.   8. I’m not running a speed test during or prior to gaming. It’s when I had to reboot the router to reset and the R3 prompted me to do so to get speeds test and set up WiFi etc. Anything connected to LAN line will disconnect from PS5 whether is within 10mins of playing online to 25mins, it eventually happens. This is something with the R3 that I just bought couple months ago. This was happening prior to the firmware update and still continues with this update. I also trouble shot by using my 5 year old nighthawk that does not have this issue and able to have smooth connection without dropping out randomly when playing online with LAN connection.
  9. Yes, speeds test are 300down 30up after going out. The router kicks me off and then reconnects within 30secs.
  10. I am not using a bookmark to access interface. I did a router speed test and ping optimizer when I restarted the router because the router prompt me to when start up after the reset.
  11. I don’t use any of the services on the R3, I have upnp on and nothing turned on as far as geo filter etc due to it kicking me off internet with ps5. I did factory default settings after firmware update and changed nothing in hopes to not be kicked off. Only way to not get kicked is to connect all devices to WiFi and not use LAN line to R3. Logs are up attached with previous message restating issue with loss of connection every 10-20mins on LAN
  12. I’m not using a VPN, it’s not the wire because I’ve swapped it before and it was doing it before the firmware update as well. It’s not something new, it’s been kicking myself and my son off his PlayStation as well. Since I’ve put him on WiFi he has not had an issue.
  13. Just downloaded new firmware hoping to fix issue with Lan line disconnection for PS5, disconnect happens every 10mins or so, and immediately comes back online with ps5. Conducted a reboot and this only happens for lan line. Wifi seems to work and only playable for games. Attached are my logs R3_2024-10-14T20_56_06.443Z_logs.txt
