Everything is super slow everything won't work including YouTube it won't even open just a black screen would it be bad if I considered my HDMI was being hacked?

UPnP not successful Nat type: Moderate Yet all services are available Port 3074 Mac address randomized 350 upload speed 450 download speed What would be my issue if anyone has any ideas at all pls let me know
