Is it possible to get a replacement R3 please fully updated and tested by yous?

I have a gaming router that doesn't recognise gaming? 🤔

My R3 will not pick up gaming traffic at why is this? I had no problems at all with R2... I have nearly lost all patience with this router I'm seriously close to sending pics of an R3 smashed to pieces if I don't get any help I gifted my R2 to a friend abroad because I believed in NetDuma's products... majorly disappointed with my R3 Pre Order I'll be more patient with my money next time
