Hi, just to report I found the issue. I had the ad blocker running on his ps5, when I disabled it all is good.

Hi, yeah it works with another router. So I think I've found the problem and a solution, but I have no idea why it works / causes an issue. I had a number of ports reserved for my own ps5 and call of duty. Different device, static IP etc. When I've turned all of these off, Roblox now works on his ps5. Having his device in dmz didn't work for some reason, not sure why. Any ideas? Ideally I'd like to leave the ports open for my own gaming experience..

Yeah it works fine when on a mobile phone hotspot, thats the only reason i'm assuming its network related, otherwise id think it was a game issue. It has either a white circle (example attached) or a game crash message (example attached). Its just roblox too, so i really dont understand why.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I didn’t have it set up for his ps5, but I did for mine. I disabled mine just to check, but it still won’t load.

Hey, I've a bit of an issue that I can't find a solution for elsewhere. My kid can't play Roblox on the ps5 when connected via the r3, however it works fine using a mobile hotspot. I've tried placing the console into dmz, reinstalling the game, updating everything etc. Any suggestions on what else I can try? Roblox just crashes on launch, can't get beyond the main screen most of the time.

Hi Fraser. Thanks for the reply. No, I'm on 4.0.219, I'll update to see if that helps. No big downloads at the time, couple of kids who will have been streaming something now it's school holidays, but my partner says it's been happening frequently when it's just her working from home. Adblocker basically stopped it loading, I should have been more specific. Plus it was the same on all websites, Google included. Works fine with it off though, and wasn't always a problem. Thank you

Hi all, First of all, I love the R3 capability and interface, for gaming it's been amazing, much more stable and consistent experience for me. My plans are just to buy a switch and add a couple of access points, otherwise I'm a content subject to the main issue below being sorted. My primary issue is that the connection randomly drops out, I'd say this happens once a day (based on my partner's feedback). It's only fixed by restarting the router. I've have just had an outage and attached the logs. Please help :). Secondly - minor thing but the add blocker caused really slow speeds for loading websites, so much so that I had to disable it.
