  1. My firmware is up to date and every cord is stable and completely connected.
  2. Oh and it only shows the download speed and not the upload speed when it does the test. I have provided an image which captures that.
  3. I have tried rebooting both my R3 and Modem digitally and physically. For a very long time now my ping has been raised more than normal even without the R3 and I have provided an attached image of what happens when I try to use the ping optimizer. I am starting to think the ping optimizer is a joke and scandal because it has rarely worked. When I first purchased the R3 it was flawless. This has been a continuous issue and has messed up work meetings. NetDuma support help me with this to resolve it or so help me God.

  7. There is a Remote Access option in my router! Modem is: Spectrum EU2251. I did tests wired and not wired. I tested with the app Ookla. I don't know anything about or what DMZ for internet is. I have set my speeds manually to my paid speeds. By the way when I do the speed test with the R3 on DumaOS 4 it says I have my paid speeds. It is just from my devices connected to it. I was also curious about the DHCP ID's
  8. If there is a NetDuma agent that can provide remote support that would be nice. My ISP router gave me at least 800 Mbps Download and 39 Mbps Upload. With my NetDuma R3 I recieve 11.8 Mbps Download and 10.2 Mbps Upload with and or without Hybrid VPN Activated! I pay my ISP for the Gig Plan. The speeds mentioned were tested from my phone and PC.
