I did a factory reset and tried same thing

It's never been able to get 1 GIG I just got 1 GIG internet and that's the most it does since I got it.

I get 700 with that disabled still not up to the 1GiG or even 900. Direct plugged to the modem I get 1.2 GIGs can the R3 just not get 1 Gig?

Nope the max the R3 after everything i have tried is 650 but if I use netgear orbi routers I get 1 gig so it's something with the R3

Not sure i just have the roter plugged in to the internet spot on the modem if i plug in my orbi router instead of the R3 i get 1 GIG out of it so its something with the router

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Spectrum D3.1 eMTA DOCSIS 3.1 Advanced Voice Modem And when my PC is connected directly to the modem i get over 1GIG so not the modem. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Yes but i have also tried just having my PC connected Have you entered those speeds into the router? Yes still doesnt reach it My PC will reach 650 through Duma R3 Router and the Duma speed test its self only reaches 400 How have you setup Congestion Control? I made my device top priority i also went into advanced and turned off QOS and everything as well How have you setup SmartBOOST? Same as above answer Where are you testing the speeds? Ookla Speed test

I dont know if its possible but is there a way to geo lock mobile games like clash royal? Or a work around to try it Thanks

The signal range on my netduma doesn't even go like 2 rooms over without constant disconnects and poor signal

Never mind out of no where now it is

The geo Filter when adding a device doesn't ask to select game anymore it does all console games
