Router is bricked after trying a factory reset. Trying to access the web interface says "DumaOS is not loaded". Responds to ping requests, DHCP is active but thats about it. Tried resetting power a few times and a few more tries to factory reset with no success. Is there a procedure to reflash bios via TFTP or similar method to bring it back to life?

Unfortunately increasing the retries had no effect. Should I try something more drastic like using the factory reset button on the router or reflashing the bios? If so, think its okay to save the settings file to reappy afterward?

Hi Warner, I don't have an issue with the router not able to connect to my VPN provider. I'm saying the HybridVPN Rapp is not loading. I feel like your response is a canned response that doesn't apply to my situation. Here are some screenshots from my router when I try to access HybridVPN Rapp and also showing 0bytes under Installed Rapps. Not sure why all of a sudden it stopped working, and not sure of how to get it to load back up. Tried rebooting, I can try reflashing to see if that will help but wanted to see if there is any other steps I can try first.

I'm having an issue with the Hybrid VPN loading. It was working for many months and then all of a sudden does not load. I tried rebooting the router and it does not load on reboot. Any tips on getting it working again? Thanks!
