So I have internet now but it is week. I am directly below the router downstairs and I have no signal but I switch to my regular router and have full signal. Also, Duma OS says my game is 12 ping but my PS says 40 ping. Why such a difference?

My modem is already set for pass through. I completed the wizard before I stated this thread. I have poor connection to my PS5 and everything else I try to connect to says connected with no Internet.

Now I'm trying to connect to the R3 and my devices say connected with no internet

You say all of this but I'm pretty stupid. How do I do this?

The specific model is: U6.2 GS4227E

The modem is a Calix GigaSpire BLAST. I don’t know how to set it so all traffic flows through the R3. I just plugged it in as per the instructions. I’m have not changed any settings. I measure the ping in a game (CoD) through the PS5. I also test the speeds on the PS5 settings.

I just purchased a new R3 and connected everything as per the instructions. I play on a PS5 and I see no difference in ping and when I do a speed test on the PS5 it is significantly different from the Duma R3 test. Like 948 from Duma and 49 from the PS5. What am I doing wrong. Also, every device i connect to the Netduma has way lower connection than my router from my IP service. And when I look at the DumaOS it doesn't shoe any usage on the PS5 even though I've been trying to play for over an hour.
