I have a Netduma R2 that I previously configured to work behind my main router. I disabled the R2 Wi-Fi and configured it to obtain an IP from the main router.
The R2 is still working as a switch: if I connect my PC to the R2, the PC gets an IP from the main router and has full internet access.
However, I can no longer access the R2/DumaOS interface, and I cannot find its management IP on my network.
I have also tried all the reset methods I could find, including holding the reset button for 30 seconds and several minutes, but the router does not reset. The Wi-Fi also remains disabled, which suggests that the factory reset is not actually happening.
What would be the correct procedure to reset the R2 or regain access to its management interface?
