  1. yes that is no worries at all to have to figure out and get setup for a return. ok so when i setup the router i had put isp ONT in full bridge and restarted it let it fully boot up, then i turned the r3 on and let it boot up, logged in and it said i was only getting around 800 upload and around 850 download. then i went to look at the bufferbloat with those speeds and they were all over the place so i had configured the congestion control however i have to drop everything down to about %60 of what i pay for which i just dont think is right with fiber. yes i run on dhcp as well!
  2. Hey Zippy, i asked them if what i had tried to do to fix the issue didnt work i would like to return the router as i get completely full speeds with my isp and this is limiting it quite the amount. Thanks, Baylee
  3. I have completely put my isp modem/gateway fiber box into bridge mode. on the modem on bridge mode i get 2 ping 957 download and 955 upload. i plug into my R3 and i got 8 ping, 822 download and 757 upload. i asked last week to return this product and get my money back and they didnt help me at all.
  4. i run every test on ookla to keep it consistent. what im gonna do tonight when i get home is reset everything. redo all the settings on the mode to bridge it again. run speedtests to see speeds. reconnect the r3, test speeds again to see what the issue is
  5. yea like my isp has port 1 bridge or full bridge mode and its running on full bridge mode currently. ill have to mess around tonight with all of it i guess.
  6. do you know why the bridge is the issue? i just want to learn and figure out why thats the issue. its just odd cause in bridge mode ill hook my pc up to the modem and the speeds are full and fine and then the router isnt.
  7. Alright good morning! So i just bought the R3 and i wish it was a better expierence than what ive been having. I used to configure routers for all my cod gaming friends cause i know what im doing however with the R3 i am currently lost. I live in Canada with telus pure fibre internet. I logged into that hub and changed it to full bridge mode ran a speedtest and was able to get 950.2mbps down and 942.2 mbps upload with a 2 latency and 16 download latency and 6 upload latency. hooked up the R3 configure it and my pint went up to 8 download only hit 900mbps and upload around 700. both with latency all over the place. im wondering if you guys know how to resolve this issue or if i can send this router back and get my money back as my ISP hub is by far more stable.
