  1. Welp, I can't check anything now because it's back to giving me an "internal server error." I can't log in. Also, again, this happens when there is no network activity. I'll get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and it will randomly go off with the flashing lights. Every device is off.
  2. I was this time when it started, but as I said, this happens when not gaming or doing nothing at all (no network activity). The video was taken a few minutes after I had shut my PS5 off and was preparing to reboot the router. This is overriding my actual RGB settings. Dynamic Game Lighting is inactive, and when this happens there is a direct correlation to my connection quality degrading. Like, things can and have gotten literally unplayable due to how bad it gets. In CoD I've experienced severe hitching in freezing. In Gears of War I've seen my ping spike from 30ms to 800ms and it will do that until intermittently until I stop and reboot/reset the router.
  3. What is this, why does it happen, and why is my connection straight ass when it occurs? So the pulsing red/yellow lights thing has been an issue since I got the router. I mentioned it in another post I made previously. It's begun happening so frequently that I decided to record it and inquire about it. I thought maybe it was an indicator for downloading/uploading or a connection issue at first, but this will happen even when there is (seemingly) no network activity and nothing showing in DumaOS. Recently, when it happens, I immediately start having network issues and I have to restart the router which "fixes" it until it happens again. Sometimes it will stop by itself and other times it just continues until I reset. VID20240903165702.mp4
  4. I'm on the most recent official firmware. The issues have persisted through both previous firmwares, but I can give the early access firmware a shot.
  5. I've had the same exact issue(s) since I got my R3.
  6. The Wi-Fi just randomly drops out periodically. The RGB ignores my settings and changes to something I've never selected or set. I can't use the DumaOS app sometimes. It'll just say internal server error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, factory reset the router, power cycles etc. Factory reset "worked" the second time, and again another time, but I don't think it's actually doing anything as I've had the issue numerous times now, and it basically resolved itself (eventually). Speeds are all over the place. NAT types are moderate/strict unless I DMZ and reserve IP, and I've still had it go back to moderate/strict while in the DMZ. I had to remove the device and add it again.
  7. Interestingly enough, I removed the antenna (which I had already previously done) and it was still making the noise, but fidgeting with (twisting and slightly pulling) the threaded connector part seems to have made it stop. I guess something tightened up inside and it's stable now.
  8. I messaged you personally after repeatedly trying to use the support ticket system. I detailed the issues I was having with that in the message I sent you. I'll reply back with the requested info a bit later.
  9. I tried reaching support through other on site means to no avail. One of my antennas makes a loose metal rattling sound when jiggled/jostled. Sounds like whatever is inside is not attached or outright broken.
