Wasnt able to get on yesterday.
Trying to sort it now.
What do you mean in Device Manager give the PC a PlayStation device type.
I can rename the PC but cant find anywhere to turn it into a PlayStation device type.

Disable Geo latency and set ping assist to 0. Honestly take off steady ping it'll add ~10ms to try to buffer out any spikes, making your overall latency higher. Make sure you've got strict mode enabled and fast search off. Use simple mode to make a small radius around your intended server (custom is kinda glitchy) and you should be able to connect to that server consistently. Now sometimes it'll take longer to get into a game because you're trying to force that server but that's normal.

Thank you. As I mentioned in our email. The game can be showing 17ms and the Duma OS app will be showing 64ms and I know that the server is not 64ms because I have played on the server before and when it was working correctly it was lower. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Thank you for your help.

How inaccurate exactly? The game ping does sometimes show processing delay which we can't determine

Hello,
the game just dropped but I can't get the geo-filter to work for some reason. It won't locate servers or anything the geofilter window is completely dead and says inactive.
I tried a factory reset too, and the problem seems to persist.
Not sure if it's even supported? maybe not the one from pc game pass?

I have an ASUS - RT-AX82U AX5400 router and I just purchased a Netduma R3 router. I would like to use my Asus router for everything and use my R3 for only gaming. I was wondering if anyone can help me out with setup instructions. Thank you.
