Thanks sorted now had to setup through PC rather than dumaos app.

I can not get into the settings the app on phone just says platform not supported contact support

Just tried to setup my r3 when i plug it in to my isp router the internet light comes on on the r3 but my pc says there is no internet connection and when i connect to my phone it says no internet connection.
