It's been happening on every firmware, since day1. 41 currently. On both chrome/phone-app it says someting like failed to initialize I know geo-filter doesn't work when it connects me to servers outside of my filtering.

I must restart R3 manually everyday to get to the settings or even make those settings work. Am I the only one with that problem? I don't see alot post about it so I'm wondering

Congestion Control doesn't work with Auto settings. When I play Gaming is Online but it doesn't change my D/U speeds. Both set to 50%.
