Can I please get some help I recently bought the netduma R3 and I'm trying to get the software on my computer but the file that you guys send are Sig files and when I try to open them it says archive not found I've tried to do it through seven zip WinRAR I've looked up hundreds of videos so hopefully you guys can send me a new file link that isn't a sig or direct download I don't know but I really need help
