No I don’t have a pc

Every time I try logging in it says “unknown error occurred” what is going on I haven’t been able to login in, in about a month.

When trying to join a game on bo6 it doesn’t load into one jst keeps searching.

I dont have a “split bands” option, I can connect to the R3 on my phone it’s just when I connect to it it says “no internet connection”

I have a a iPhone14 pro max and how do I split the WiFi bands and connect it to 2.4GHZ?

Every time I go to launch DumaOS on the app or web browser it just says loading. Is it down? If not how do I fix it?

Also I jst took the Ethernet out of the netduma and plugged it in my Xbox and it put me right online so it’s not my internet that’s down.

Yea my phone has in tenet when I connect to it and my router(netduma) and phone are the only things connected to my modem. I also did that and when reconnecting it still say no internet connection. This all happened after I reset it.

I did it and it worked but now it’s sayin I have no internet connection when I connect to the netduma in my WiFi setting on my phone even though I have internet.

I don’t remember the username or password for the app, that’s what I need help recovering and I reset it already. What do I do after that?

Does anyone know how I can log back in to the DumaOS app after forgetting both username and password?
