Hi, My R3 keeps disconnecting from WAN. At first it was happening occasionally but now it's very frequent. It also disconnected my user and password, it was set to "remember me". I had reset it and configured the PPPoE again, now it's happening very often. It goes back online if I let it be for a while but mostly I manually reboot it and then it goes back up. What's the solution here? Thanks

I got access to the router see attached for manufacturer and model. However, what settings should I be looking for?

I do not know how to open it and it seems that the pigtail is coiled up in behind it, then the ONT slides to reveal that. I really don’t want to force my way opening it and possibly break the fiber(I don’t have a splicer with me now :)) )

I do not have a clue about that, moved recently and the router was already here. I don’t think the router I have does anything special, it’s pretty basic. Thank you

Understandable about the seal, I don’t really care about that. I have a FTTH Modem and from Port 3, goes to whatever Router you have. I have a pretty basic one that works. Find the photos attached. Thank you

Hi, as the title says just got the router today and noticed the seal was damaged(I have a photo), I continued as normal. The router does not connect to the internet. Updated it to the latest version of firmware using my other router to get internet connection. Waited 4 minutes before inserting the cables as Ive read on another post, factory reset, tried Incognito browser..it doesn’t connect to the internet regardless. I can access it from the browser, I can access it from the App. The time zone is weird though, and time and date doesn’t match. Please advise, I’m starting to regret the purchase. Thank you. Julian
