I recently got my R3 and the geo filter is not working , I updated the firmware to .23 , factory reset it after a day and tried again , resync the cloud multiple times , it just keeps trying to connect within my filter (New York / Phili ) and then goes outside to Chicago and other locations. Is this a bug ? it seems to be working the 2 days ago upon receiving my router and now it shows the servers in New York and others as triangles / blocked but eventually goes to one. Is this a known issue and fix coming with firmware ?
