*I have the R2 Just checked, and I was wrong. I thought I had my secondary router (TP-Link) working as a AP, but no, it is working as a Router. I now went to TP-Link's setup and added the Netduma WAN IP to the DMZ config, and it worked! I now have an open NAT. So now the Netduma is added to the DMZ, but this means not only the wired connection from the Netduma to the PS5 is added to DMZ, but also the Wi-Fi signal coming from the Netduma... Since I have sometimes my laptop connected to the Netduma Wi-Fi, can this be a security Risk? I tried to add the PS5 IP to the TP-Link DMZ, but I get the following error message: Error code: 4903 - The IP address is not in the same subnet with LAN IP address. Please input another one. Is there any way to ensure only the wired connection to my PS5 is added to DMZ?

My ISP's (Vodafone Portugal) router is the Huawei HS8247W, but the ISP doesn't allow for it to use the Bridge feature. It has the DMZ mode, but the Netduma is not listed there on the devices to pick (like I said on my set-up, the Netduma is not connected to the ISP router directly, there's an AP in between). The AP appears on the list of devices to pick, so I added the AP ip to the ISP's router DMZ, but it also doesn't work. Also like said before, if I connect my PS5 to the Access Point and skip the Netduma, I'll get an Open NAT...

Hi. I searched several forum topics on this subject, mas can't seem to get my MW3 to have an open NAT. This is how I have my set-up: I have an ISP router: it is sharing the internet connection to the an Access Point via wire it is sharing wifi connection with other devices Access Point: it is sharing Internet via wired connection to the Netduma R2 it is sharing wifi connection with other devices Netduma R2: it is sharing internet with the PS5 via a wired connection it is sharing wifi connection with other devices (only so that I'm able to access the router config page) If I connect my PS5 to the Access Point and skip the Netduma, I'll get an Open NAT - so it looks like it's some config I need to set-up on the Netduma in order to get the Open NAT. I tried DMZ on, Port fwd, UPnP, nothing seems to get my NAT to Open. This are some of the current configs I have: Can you please help me figuring out what to do to solve this? Thank you

Server host country - how to see it?

In this case I connected to the server in Madrid... So I should consider the player icon only? Why is the server icon displayed in France? -

Hello. While in a game, I'm able to see to which country I'm connected to if I use the iOS app. However, I'm not finding that information when I'm on a PC at the router's IP address page...is it possible to find it also there, or only on the mobile app? Thanks

Hello. Since I'm new to this Geo Filtering world I would like to ask a few questions I have regarding Call of Duty game parties and Geo Filtering. With Geo Filtering on: I'm connecting to a server, since COD (multiplayer) uses dedicated servers, and not peer connections, correct? Or does COD Multiplayer also use P2P? will all players in my party connect to the same server I do? What about the remaining people in the lobby? Can I join anyone's party and geo filtering will still work for me? And for the others? Do I need to be the party leader for it to work? Thank you.

Netduma R2 - can it work as an access point?
nuno10costa replied to nuno10costa's topic in Netduma R2 Support
I decided to make a change on the network, and now the Netduma is only sharing internet to the console and not to the AP (recieves internet from the AP instead of giving it to it), so the issue is solved. Thank you. -

Netduma R2 - can it work as an access point?
nuno10costa replied to nuno10costa's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Thank you. I now have the router (Netduma R2), and after going through your knowledge base, I'm having a doubt regarding the Geo filtering. Let me briefly explain how I have my home network set-up: I have an ISP router: it is sharing the internet connection to the Netduma via wire it is sharing wifi connection with other devices I have the Netduma router: it is sharing Internet via wired connection to an Access Point the wifi is disabled Access Point: it is sharing internet with the PS5 via a wired connection it is sharing wifi connection with other devices Issue: I believe I have Geo Filtering mode enabled only on my PS5, but it seems that other devices are also being affected by the filtering. For instance, I found Discord being blocked on my iPhone and Mac. Even with the PS5 off, some yellow signs appear from time to time on the map... Also, I see a lot of errors on the log, I don't know if they mean anything important or not, but I attached the file an would appreciate if you could take a look. Thank you very much. log-1704851815062.txt -
Hello. First of all thanks in advance for any help. I'm considering to buy a Netduma R2 with the single purpose of enabling geofiltering on my PS5. My current set-up is the following: I have the ISP router working as a main router I have a TP-Link router wired to the main router working as an access point. The TP-Link router is connected by wire to my ps5. Can I replace the TP-Link router with the Netduma R2, connect it via cable to my ps5 and active the geofiltering? This way all my home set-up will be the same... So the Netduma will connect to the ps5 by cable, and serve as a wireless point access to any device I would like to connect. Is this possible? Will the Netduma be working as an access point? Thank you very much.
