Not pinging in any waaaaays. And as you can see when pinging the server you can see how it's jumps. More than welcome to join a session and show you all the amazing features at once live.

Use ping heat map and choose the server that you always connects to. Should give you something like my screenshot in previous post. I feel you broo 😂

PS5 - and changed it to PC and still can't ping in game. In both as Playstation or PC not pinging. Ping manually on ping heat map works. But the fluctuation of ping is so annoying (which my connection is stable and this issue is only with R3)

I played only once in US server. Reset of the servers never pings. While XR is pining every and any server. Thanks.

Can I answer this? @Netduma Fraser Since I've the same issues. And for personal reasons missed the deadline to return and refund so.. I'm forced to use it or sometimes XR 500 - ISP Router Huawei hg8245w (bridge mode)>R3 (Tried DMZ and same results. For me DMZ makes it worse) - No port forwarding or UPnP - No other games. Using geo filter. Only MW3 Servers not pinging (Spain, Italy, Amsterdam and Saudi) non pings. Only once I saw it connected to US server while I was playing with a friend.

@Netduma FraserJust for the team to look into and seems some R3 Users facing the same issues. I'm using PPPOE authentication. And the speed reduced by more than 50% for download and Upload I should have 500/250 and while using R3 I get 230/117. This problem is not in XR500 so I believe it has something to do with Duma4 and R3.

Yes. I noticed the same. And even with steady ping the jitter jumped from 0.3ms to 1ms.

But honestly, I was so excited after seeing the features but i got disappointed. And Yes. This is what i did. i followed your instructions. And seems after any changes of these I've to Hard reset the router and re-do everything again. I became a setup expert 😂. it seems unstable with different readings of speed (Using speed test . net ) and still can't ping any server, so i will be back to my XR500. The only reason i upgraded because i wanted to have the Steady Ping feature, which does much (Yet) with random numbers being added. And sadly, i can't see it in action since i still can't see how's the ping performance is during the gameplay. Not sure what i should do next.. Tired of hard reset.

I did a hard reset since the factory reset after the upgrade didn't show it. And now it's showing. - Changed PS5 to PC and when i try to add it to Geo filter i receive the following "This filter has already been added It looks like a game using the same engine is already being filtered on this device. You don't need to do anything, as this game is already being filtered for low-ping servers" and i can't add the device or disable the Geo filter. (and because of that also i can't see which server i'm connecting or pinging it) - I only allow the priority for gaming but still see work and Video on. and on the dashboard i see the priority activities for gaming now only 1m 45s (Which i played more than 30 Min) and video shows 55m 20s. and the worst part is i've to restart the router every minute i need to do any changes since the router page seems loading forever (Tried 2 devices Mac and Windows) EDIT: Smart Boost getting disabled every time i reboot the router and can't be enabled until another reboot Thank you for your help

Thank you for sharing the Firmware. I used it to upgrade the router. After the upgrade Smart QOS disappeared from the router (But still available on the mobile application) And the online/offline issue sorted. But all other issues still the same. And ping stabilizer keep giving random numbers between match to match. Sometimes adds 10ms and sometimes adds 20Ms+ above my normal ping.

Hi I just got my R3 Today as an upgrade from XR500, although I appreciate the community's support on the forum, I've encountered a few issue. My setup as follows: 1- ISP Router in bridge mode 2- Wan (Cat8 cable) connected to R3 1. Incorrect Speed Readings: - Duma OS displays incorrect speed test results (270 upload / 234 download), while speed test .net provides accurate readings (220 upload / 500 download). 2. No Ping Readings for Servers: - Unable to obtain ping readings for servers while playing in match tried in Spain, Amsterdam, and Saudi Arabia despite trying factory reset and hard reset as recommend by Fraser in other topics 3. Priority Issues: - Despite reserving an IP for PS5 and prioritizing Call of Duty, the dashboard shows 0 seconds for gaming, and non-prioritized Amazon traffic seems to take precedence which I believe some of Cod servers are hosted by Amazon. 4. Smart Boost Priorities and Connectivity: - Playstation status fluctuates between online and offline, and activities during gameplay on Cod mw3 are categorized as non-priority. But also showing cod series in priority section. 5. Ping Optimizer Stuck: - The Ping Optimizer remains stuck at "Setting up ping optimizer" and "Your ping is already optimal right now," displaying no numbers.
