Already had those settings since 4 days ago, multiple restarts of the router and PC, factory resets. Still the same issue

It is hit or miss in my case, not only London.

Same issue for me, but with a French server. So the auth server that is connecting is outside of the set geo-filter, but once you get in a lobby it does not update in the UI of the geo-filter it remains the same auth server. It has been driving me insane trying to figure out what is happening. i'm guessing this is going to get sorted in a future firmware release.
