Thanks for the help @DARKNESS. I have successfully updated the Netduma to the latest version. I tried connecting the LAN cable from the Gigabox into the WAN port and that did not work. I stopped using Bridge mode on the Gigabox from advice from Darkness as apparently that breaks everything on the Gigabox which I too experienced as the internet would completely drop. I tried PPOE settings I acquired from Vodafone but that did not work either. I cannot do Exposed DMZ for some reason anymore as the Gigabox is not recognising the R3 being connected to either the LAN or WAN ports. I tried Exposed DMZ yesterday when the Gigabox was recognizing the R3 in the LAN port but that did not work either. I'm at a loss here 😂 @Netduma Fraser, any ideas? Thanks

Hey Fraser, They are connected via LAN Ethernet cable to corresponding ports.

Hello All, I purchased the Netduma R3 in December and to date have been unable to get the Netduma to connect to the internet. I have tried Exposed DMZ, Bridge Mode as well as turning off the firewall on the Gigabox to try and get it to connect the internet. I also tried PPPOE login settings I acquired from VOdafone and that did not work either. Whenever I try any of these, the Gigabox itself loses connection to the internet and am forced to disconnect the Netduma and reset the above settings to default. Would love to know if there is anyone out there that has experience with connecting the Netduma R3 to the internet through the Vodafone GIgabox. Thanks
