Yes Any other information you think may be helpful e.g. when it occurred, any changes in your setup etc I am trying to access my router through routerlogin.net and when prompted to login with the username/password I am told my credentials are wrong. I then get to the page to reset my password which asks for the serial number of my router but when prompted to answer the two security questions it tells me that my answer is not valid. I know for a fact what my answers are because I have taken a picture of it and I have not changed any information since then (this was years ago).
