  1. I’m a techy guy but I’d say it’s a little my fault and that there were no instructions included that mentioned downloading the app and set up wizard. I’m smarter now.
  2. Hello! Yes it was the set up wizard, I did not know about the set up wizard, I kept keyword searching my issue and found where you said you have to use the set up wizard. I then found your full set up guide video on youtube, I downloaded the app to my iPhone 10/X but the soft button to advance from “you have internet connection” would not work, luckily my IPad worked. It’s easy, I just didn’t know about the set up wizard. I even played some COD DMZ late last night on my antiquated PC. The R3 is badass!!!! thank you, Bryan.

  5. I’ve rebooted my R3, I’ve rebooted my modem, I’ve tried different order of rebooting modem and R3, nothing helps.
  6. Hello. I’m in the USA, just got my R3 and connected it, no internet connection. It’s connected correctly. When I reconnect my nighthawk router internet works, no luck with the R3.
