Not a bother at all!
Geo-Filtering should work just fine with that setup, QoS may not work as well if not all devices are connected to it but with your speeds that's less of a problem.
Put the R2 WAN IP (found on the System Information page) into the DMZ on the router the R2 is connected to and you'll be good to go.
