Any idea how to fix this error?

Update: Factory reset, fixed it.

Thanks for the speedy reply, I did as you instructed and tried to use the mobile app. Still will not allow me to add a new game, but it will allow my xbox, even though my xbox isnt at my house atm. No other devices on my R2s network are able to add a game to the Geo-Filter tool.

As you can see I was able to add games before. But now it will not let me. I did have to go to some lengths to get DumaOS to get get an Open NAT with my setup. My ISP forces me to use their Router/Modem combo. Port Forwarded all the gaming ports on my ISP Arris and the Duma to get an Open Nat in all the games I play. (Froniter Fiber ISP) Not sure if thats why.
