  1. Worth a try... as a last resort hopefully. Support access has been enabled again. The wan is the same. Looking forward to receive an update from you.
  2. Haven't we done that already? πŸ˜…πŸ˜… See previous posts.
  3. I will be home in two days. The decide reseted again thus i need to provide access to it. What is it that they will do though? So far i do not see any progress with this issue. Do i need to send this for a repair?
  4. Any updates @Netduma Fraser ?
  5. Thank you for showcasing that you still do prioritize this ticket. Appreciate it.
  6. Hi, Hope you are doing well. Can you please share to me whether there are any updates?
  7. I again get the error "The CGI script took too long to produce a response" left this screen now on my console and haven't clicked anything. Are we back to square 1? What's next are you going to ask me to perform a powercycle and check whether the version has changed? If yes, see my previous post as i already had this issue and done that multiple times now. Please for the love of god i hope you respond with a new suggestion. I added an image and a video with sad piano song while trying to manually upgrade. ☹️ 20231031_222554.mp4
  8. I did a full reset on the browser. Still 3.2.453.
  9. additional, i again enabled the remote access and ip seems to be the same. Looking forward to your response. Thank you.
  10. just checked and I did see the wizard again. After finish this i see the version R2 3.2.453. Is this the version he tried to upload into the router? if not, it did not work. What's next? see also image and the log file. new-log-1698781356566.txt
  11. find also attached the log file. Hopefully this can help with the investigation. Thank you. log-1698773822968.txt
  12. I saw that remote access was turned off. I did not adjust it. Can you try again?
  13. Nope, it seems to be 3.2.453. In addition, i now see two devices (laptop) with the same name
  14. Update on my end (as i did not receive any update from Netduma support) When i checked DumaOs just now, i noticed that i had to run another wizard from scratch. Did remote update fail? if not, then it is weird that i had to perform a full wizard again today. would appreciate an update. Thanks.
  15. Hi Frasier. Do you have any updates? Thank you.
  16. I did the change in the dmz. Example image. Messaged you also about it. Thanks.
  17. I have a modem/router that i received from my isp. It is a zyxel router. Netduma is connected via eth on the zyxel router.
  18. What is dmz? No after pressing support access i went to the network view. Are you able to connect?
  19. Hi Fraser, I've sent the details via a private message. Thanks again for the speedy reply and support. Kr, Aylinka
  20. I did an update as soon as i am in the console and this happened again: "the CGI script took too long to produce a response" after clicking on the arrows next to the x icon i see the message "the system is in the final stage of upgrading" (second screenshot). After revisiting the 192 adres i get "DumaOs not loaded" (screenshot 3) looking at the router it seems like an early christmas as they do blink (screenshot 4). Any suggestion? Or should i just stay with 3.2.453? Before all of this i did disable the wifi per tab and rebooten. Result: starting all over with the setup. My conclusion is that this device is bricked. πŸ˜…It just doesn't save anything while the console says it did. Final note .. It is so weird to do all these things that are out of the ordinary. This should not be the case. I am tired of 2 whole days trying stuff without any result.
  21. Will try that and report back. Yes, i disable the wifi via the mirror mode + save button.
  22. Disabled wifi before the reboot and after reboot it is on again. Used http and not https. So no luck. Any other advice?
  23. Okay will do via http instead of https. Yes i do use ethernet. Is there another way to update the device?
