Hi Team, I just purchased my new R3 and attempted to connect it as my primary router but could not get it to access PPPoE I have it setup with ONT > R3 ISP have this on their support page for using 3rd party routers (I currently have XR1000 as my primary router) I managed to get it connected for a moment as it popped up with the firmware update to DumaOS 4.0.290 but since the update the PPPoE connection never restored I tried using Mac Address Cloning to close the MAC of my XR1000 but it still did not connect many factory resets with no success I have settled with using the R3 behind my XR1000 (ONT > XR1000 WAN > XR1000 LAN2 > R3 WAN) and it seems to be working but I want my whole house running through the R3 not just my computer and my phone Any ideas as to why its not working? I may need to contact my ISP to clear the MAC of my XR1000 so it registers the R3 but at the time of writing this support is closed for the day.

Looks like before .68 i was getting connection refused to http://192.168.1.1 with no login prompt But now after the update its working and it looks like both problems have been resolved (wen using http://192.168.1.1) both still happen with routerlogin.net Random Firmware update for the win lol Thank you

I put in my city and it finds the result in a dropdown box I click on it and get the error if I select the pin option and drop it on my location I get another even longer RPC error I have installed that update and sadly no change and a new ever worse bug sadly, After 5 seconds of the page loading it says I'm no longer connected to the router and will stay that way until the page is reloaded and no matter what page you land on it will always show disconnected message after exactly 5 seconds but I may make another post about that so ce it's a completely different problem

Hi Team, I just got my XR 1000 and I am trying to setup the GeoFilter but after selecting my home location I get RPC Error: I have attempted to re-sync with the cloud but no luck Has anyone come across this before and knows how to fix it? I am using Latest Firmware: XR1000 1.0.0.64_1.0.49
