When I didnt get any internet out of the R2 I tried to connect a switch to the sagemcom modem/router with same result no internet. So is it my isp that's the problem or is it the netduma R2.

I need help figuring out what's the problem, there's no internet coming out of the Netduma r2 when connected to and setup to Sagemcom 3890V3 modem/router. I connected a switch to the sagemcom and its the same no internet. Is there any solution to this.
