After a few Hours, I changed nothing on my Side - maybe ISP related. I will not change or reset in the Duma for the next Days and will try to Test Daily to diffent Times

Just wanted to say thankyou for the heads-up about OPENWRT; I had not realised they started supporting this router (over 2 years ago!) - This has made my Xmas, and I too am now running OpenWrt 24.10.0-rc4  and things are much more stable...
Wish I had done this 2 years ago..

merry christmas to all..and i say bye.. I have decided to install OPENWRT because in need dhcp and netwrok works for first.
Now i have adblocker on that and work well. i have lose geoip and some other dumaos function but there are many packages that can to be installed ..need a time for setting maybe.
Dumaos need works better in software, this router have nice hardware.

OKAY FRASIER LETS SEE WHAT YOU CANT DO FOR ME ...I've owned and used the xr1000 for about 3 years, in those 3 years I've had one update in those 3 years I've had the same problems with no fixing. No updates to fix. No suggested fixes worked. Nothing works. The infrequency of updates for this terrible router is laughable. Do any quick searches on Google and you will come across all of us with the same problems that I've had for the last 3 years.....
PROBLEMS.
1.
No matter what computer, what router? What network connection? I use Chrome, Firefox, edge. The OS the GUI takes literally 4 minutes to show up.... And whenever I had apply I usually have some sort of message saying we have to wait for the rapp. Never knowing if anything was applied.
 
2. Various aspects of this router don't work for instance... Congestion control download 100% upload anything under 100%. My download is affected... Just to test put your upload to two megabytes and then recheck your download speed. Why is your download speed changing it shouldn't.. you know why it changes. Dumaos sucks  and you guys couldn't care less cuz we already gave you money.
3.
Qos.
Finally, after 3 years I see a listing for call of duty that doesn't say console only, doesn't work... Duma OS classified games takes control and it's clearly missing packets...
My network performance in multiple games is a thousand times better with qos off and with congestion control off...
Tell me again I why I purchase this router? 
So I cannot use the features I purchased it for?

3. More device manager no matter how many times I named devices, they're Mac don't change their IPs don't change and they're still all unnamed devices. I have 20 unnamed devices that I've named lol but they're just still unnamed. Nothing changes in the devices but if one goes off and on the router has no idea who it is anymore even though I already told it what to name the IP and Mac but nope unnamed devices 
 
4.
Qos distribution.
It says it deals with percentages, right? So the higher number is a higher percentage, thus meaning more bandwidth? 
Wrong
No matter where I set those distributions I get about 600 MB down... If I reset the distributions I get $900 down... They're all at 6. :00 I get 900 then I put my computer up higher I get less download. I put my computer at a lower number I get less download 
Make it make sense razor. 
 
5. 
I have three computers in my household, multiple devices and I'm honestly pretty sure the only thing that hasn't been updated is this router. 
Actually no I'm lying. There were two updates but one of them was a b******* update that didn't fix anything. 56.  First firmware Then 64 or something now 72
 
6. This is a $300 router 
Congestion control doesn't work 
Qos doesn't work 
Traffic distribution doesn't work 
Your GUI hardly works 
Every time I hit apply I get an error about Rapp
I've reset this firmware. I don't even know how many times factory reset software reset the reset button. Not to mention this is the second router of the xr1000 . Yeah I even tried  different hardware. The problem is your router or your Duma OS.
 
I've owned this router in two zip codes. Two different internet providers. Same problems, different computers same problems. 
 
Tell them to Update the  firmware FRASIER.
Never buying Netgear or Duma OS again.

Guess what else doesn't work? 
I can set the entire planet Earth for my geo location and it still won't connect to a game lololol but as soon as I turn this s*** off I'm good. 
Now I've only tried it with call of duty but that's why I bought this router. So it's not serving its intended purpose. Don't tell me try another game. That's not what you sold me. You didn't sell me a router that only works for some games.lol.

Sure, but what's the point of opening another similar topic if to date there isn't a solution, in that topic I put all the information, tests and videos but already on the R2 beta there is that problem and it has never been corrected, I just wanted to respond to the disappointed user, like me, who spent 230 euros on a router and almost nothing works.

Thanks @Netduma Fraser but I had already opened 2 posts regarding QOS complete with videos and all the information and tests that were asked of me, the last one with R3 from a month ago, you already told me that the situation will improve and the same thing was also with smartQos with r2 where I pointed out the problem with all the necessary tests but nothing has changed, beyond this I can't even update to 0.41 because even by splitting the wifi bands not all the devices are recognized for mirroring but I have them too already done all the necessary tests and qos doesn't work at all with twitch with a saturated bandwidth, to tell the truth it gives problems with all the streams which start to lose quality until they freeze as any download of some file from some client (xbox , steam, http etc) is launched it will always go at maximum speed instead of adapting, which doesn't happen with the fritzbox that I've had for 5 years, I really don't want to do the same things 100 times again (reset, check that IPv6 is off wan-lan, ppoe, cc etc which I have now learned by heart).
I will wait for the next firmware to see how things go and I hope you don't release it in a hurry and then cause other problems but that you fix the ones present which are really many, I think there's no point in having 100 things if only 10 of them work, better for this one point 1/4 of the things but that work.
For testing I put in a tp-link router that I had stopped for years just to test the qos and it works like a charm, I'm talking about a router from 6 years ago costing €30 and this is what makes me angry, a router costing €230 which it should be done specially to mitigate all the problems like qos, nat, ping etc but nothing works.

Hello everyone, I would like to share my research, I work on openwrt with the xr 500 I found something very interesting 
Given that netduma is based on open wrt I would like to know why you do not release a version of duma os on a base of open wrt containing the NSS 
The images speak for themselves I've never had this result before with so much speed I'm stunned by the result

i tried everything 

Then it makes difference only on the upload nothing on the download it just inscreases the bufferbloat and and I didn’t have the same result on the upload compared to open wrt
