I had the same issue. I replaced the cable with a new one and it worked after that.

It is working perfectly now. The problem was with the yellow internet cable that came with the R3. I replaced it with a new one. Everything on my network is seen properly, even those that are beyond the switches.

I will bypass it and only connect to Xbox and see how that works out.
-
It is a managed gaming switch. I will tinker with it over the next few days. Like I said before this was not an issue with the R2. If I cannot resolve this I will probably have to go back to it.

I have them behind a switch. This setup worked fine on the R2. I tried connecting the line to switch from the R3 but I lose internet. Maybe I have it connected all wrong.

R3 sees my devices but thinks they are offline. They are not. Cannot filter Xbox. It shows no data fore it. Xbox is hard wired. If I connect the wired network to any of the ports I have no internet. I have to connect the wired network directly to cable modem. This particular setup worked with the R2.

-
I agree. The COD ping heatmap is very spotty. Sometimes the servers show. Sometimes not. Lately mostly NOT. The geofilter works fine. I just don’t understand why only with COD. Other games seem to ping fine.
-
It’s just the heat map doesn’t ping. I’ll try resinking it again.
-
Netduma Fraser this happens all the time with me. The Ping filter doesn’t ping COD. It’s working with the geo filter. Other games ping fine.

Thank you Netduma Fraser. It would have helped if I read the manual.

Attempted to upgrade R2 to latest firmware (R2 3.3.280) It stuck in “upgrade in progress.” After a couple of hours I exited the browser (MS Edge). I did a hard reset of router after unplugging it for 30 minutes. I can access the setup software but it’s not working properly. Ping heatmap works. Geofilter does not. Nothing on the legend shows on screen. Is this router an expensive brick now or is there a way fix this? I have down everything I can think of.
