  1. This is what I have, assuming you have the R3 connected to the LAN 1 port of your ISP router. However, I did not have a VLAN ID setting. So I will have to defer to some of the experts on here for that one. Hopefully it works.
  2. I had a similar situation. You could check to see if your ISP router has a bridge / passthrough mode. Once I changed my ISP router to IP passthrough mode and power cycled everything, I had an Open NAT and did not have to do any port forwarding or change other settings on the R3. Perhaps you have a different setup / ISP, but figured I would mention since it worked for me.
