I don't have access to DumaOS for long after the disconnect happens. After a few minutes, I can't access the backend at all. But I will give that a try.

I am illiterate in Spanish, I only speak English, if it's arrogant to ask to translate your Spanish videos/issues into English so I can understand and help you then I don't know what to tell you. I am happy to help once I understand the problem.
