I merged the wifi Bands and now it will works… Till tomorrow… than same Like today

Thank you for your answer @cedric108. This is an absolut desaster. The Firmware has so much Problems (VLAN at Launch) etc. I can‘t wait so long till they resolve the problems. For this price i get an alternative that have not this Problems. I like how they support it but not for every price. Split the WiFi Bands made the Problem much worse. The setup doesn‘t work anymore with Sonos…

I‘m absolutely annoyed… How can someone release a extensive product that is not smoothy compatible with smart home devices or something else. i could see that there were already Problems with previous routers in 2018. why don‘t you tackle a Problem Like this? Everything is becoming more and more digital and smart but the devices can‘t communicate with each other.

In what way? I have my netduma, not more in my little Apartment.

That is very annoying and disappointing… with all other routers there is no Problem (FRITZ!Box, speedport). i will try tomorrow to Split the wifi in 2,4 and 5 ghz and take a Look…

i have since i installed the Netduma Every day Problems with my Smart Home gadgets Like sonos (arc, beam, one, etc.) and Eve thermo. When i started the Apps, the Apps don‘t find the Products. Before i have the r3 i don‘t have this Problems. Can someone help?

I will try it later. I see that there is in till version .20 a problem with VLAN. This firmware is actually installed. With the Telekom in Germany with the Speedport Smart i must use VLAN 7. @Netduma Fraser can you you sent me the .23 version for the R3 please.

Hello, I have had the Netduma R3 since today. I wanted to connect this behind the Speedport Smart 4 and only use the Speedport as a modem. I'm at Telekom. So I connected the Speedport Smart, connected the Netduma R3 (blue socket according to the box) to the LAN 1 port of the Speedport as indicated and I wanted to set up the Internet connection via the PPoE with my access data. Unfortunately it just doesn't work. The Netduma R3 simply doesn't get internet. The speed port indicated that it receives 292 Mbit/s. Can anybody help me further? Am I using the wrong connection?
