The r2 is definitely bricked mate, This is my same problem. I cant get a connection wired or on wifi its either one or the other, so if i get my r2 to show in wifi list on my phone and connect, i can set up on the duma app but my pc wont connect even though its wired to the duma. then if it reset duma (factory reset button don't work) (cant access the interface from my pc so cant do it that way either and doing it on the phone says could not send request to the router then looses connection). so i have to unplug the duma because like stated in my post, if its unpluged now after it started doing this loosing connection issue it factory resets every time. its a constant loop of either not being able to connect on my PC (which is what i need it to work on) or now it shows my main broadband network number like its connected straight to my modem not the duma because im now replying from my pc hard wired to my duma but i CAN NOT access my duma interface/sigh in page to set up the duma! and at this time its not showing up in the WIFI list on both my phone, pc and ps. Can a admin or someone message me personally in regards to sorting something out because i cant use my r2 now its completely useless which means im forced to buy a r3.... funny

This is the exact thing that happens to me, i have read a few peoples issues now and it all seems to be the same issue. Funny enough it seemed liked the R2 started going funny when the R3 come out.... I tried what you suggested on my post and my r2 wont even get a connection from my router now. If i am luckily enough for the r2 to show up on wifi or Ethernet I'm stuck with the set up page anytime the box restarts. I cant keep the r2 on long enough to be able to allow for a pushed update or firmware either . I had my r2 since 2021, like i said in my post never moved it, disturbed it or anything that would cause these issues and a few people now have explained the exact same issues. I cant even force a factory reset from the button at the back, it does nothing. Feel like throwing it at the wall

I am trying to upgrade straight away after setting up the duma again but it just freezes uploading the file like its not doing nothing

I'm not unplugging it, its doing it even when rebooting through the interface, any time it looses power it forces a factory reset for some reason. It wont let me upgrade the firmware through my phone or browser, it just gets stuck on uploading.

My netduma r2 has been stuck in a factory reset loop for the past few months now, not sure what has caused this to happen. I have had my netduma in the same place since i bought it never moved it or disturbed it so i am not sure why this happening. Any time my netduma turns of or i reboot it, im greeted with the set up page everytime. I can also not upgrade the firmware to a older or newer version. I am currently on 3.3.280 and tried to upgrade to 4.0 beta, it said something about CGI script timed out and trying to go a version below my current one would not work either it just sits on uploading the firmware file doing nothing. I am at a complete loss

Also on my PC i have a 2.5gbps multi gig port for my ethernet, does the netduma support 2.5gbps multi gig port? i only see 1gbps max speed on ethernet. how can i get the full 2.5gbps to show on here? i need cat 6 cables as well right

Are my settings alright then how they are?

do i apply to WAN if using ethernet? only device on wifi is my PS4 which is i have set to Gaming/voice.

I have my PC device set as a games console so i can manually select call of duty for Geo Filter, as i was told to do this for better results

I have forgotten what settings to use for QOS when using my PC and PS4, i primarily play WARZONE 2 on both. i use my pc more but have been using ps4 with wifi, my normal speeds are 75mbps download and 23mbps upload. for some reason on the ps4 wifi and ethernet im not even hitting 25mbps download and my upload is staying under 7.... My pc hits my normal speeds fine, if i connect my ps4 through my EE box not my duma though ethernet the speeds are abit higher when adding adding a ps4 into QOS should i be adding it in for Call of Duty Series or Games console? and should i be using Gaming/voice or Normal ? and do i use Apply to WAN? I am very lost lol.

so ping assist being on is going to ping to lowest server close to me? why would it still be letting my friend force a server in the US with them same settings that where we are confused but thank you for the responses

There should be about 3 servers in that radius for above texas, when i put ping assist on as you can see it just only shows UK ping assisted server i aint clicking on it. It doesnt show me any servers inside my circle when i put ping assist on i see ping assist servers when connecting at boot up of warzone but it dont let me click on a ping assisted server to allow/or ping to... should it not still be trying to connect the US server in the Fence at bootup even with a ping assist set?

No he's defiantly pinging into the US and getting into the new york games, we can tell by the ping what server were on. any uk/europe game is normally under 60ms any US game is 80ms or above. he aint manually pinging any servers on boot he has ping assist at 200ms, fast search on auto ping host off and strict mode on he can connect to online menus and search for games and load into the games and they are in the US. 100% its my friend i posted about before who's on virgin media im on EE both from the uk in london.

yeah he uses auto ping host off, has no allowed or denied servers on his list. has his ping assit set 200ms, fast search on and strict mode on and can force server in us, how come it don't make his game search back in the UK like mine is doing? thats what i dont get, as soon as i turn ping assist past 0 it will automaticly search for uk games my geo fence in the US breaks

i thought if using ping assist it was to allow anyone with the ping i set, to connect into my fence i have set? So by having my fence over US and having ping assist set to whatever anyone in the ping limit could connect into the fence? I can play us games if i dont use it but my friend has been using this when forcing one sever and it works, we dont have any allowed or denied servers on our list ( the IDs change for the servers all the time you would be sat there for months allowing and denying servers )

Hello ive been using my geo fence in the US, as i like to play with Americans (coms are jokes). anyways i have my fence set at 800m in newyork. my ping is 83 when searching (im from the uk my normal ping in uk server starts at 15-22ms) anyway if i try use ping assist set to 200ms or anything other than 0ms it will make me start searching on warzone with UK Ping at 15-22ms its not letting me search in my fence in the US when using ping assist, my friend is using the same area covered on the fence and he has ping assist set to 200 with fast search on and its still searching in new york at 83ms ping, why is it when im using ping assist its breaking my fence? i can also see the ping assisted server showing in the UK and no sever shows inside my circle/fence. also if i turn of auto ping host and boot the game with fence over us it will not connect to online server shows LA authentication server as blocked. I can use my Fence with strict mode on auto ping host on fast search on ping assit at 0ms and circle over NY at 800m it will load me into server and games in new york. My friend uses Strict mode on Auto ping host off ping assist at 200ms 800m circle over new york and he loads into new york games.
