I'm in Asia and I have recently been placed into peer to peer hosts rather than dedicated servers and the connection is terrible. Is there a fix?

I just purchased the R2 and iv done all necessary adjustments to the setting..I live alone so there's Nobody else using my internet. My ping to the server is 35 and I've done Congestion control,qos and dumos gaming packet priority and I'm getting absolutely demolished. I shoot first and the opponent eats my bullets. And yes, I am hitting my shots. I currently have a 2.5kd so I know when something ain't right. Please share your thoughts. Is it possible that my connect is too good and I'm getting compensated by the game?

The router detects 210mbps and speedtest.net gives me 140mbps

I recently bought a netduma r2 and I upgraded my net to 1000/1000 gigabit. Why does my r2 only give me 200mbs via Lan and 5g wifi? When the technician came he tested out the speed using his own modem and it gave 900mbps but on the r2 just 200. Please help. I even dmz and diabled all qos but still 200mbps.
