  1. Here is my ISP Modem, It is currently in Bridge Mode. My UL = 150 and my DL = 500 https://support.shaw.ca/t5/internet-articles/equipment-info-fibre-gateway-xb6/ta-p/5632 Yes all devices are connected to the R3 wireless except for my PC and PS5. These are hardwire with Cat6 cables. I am using Steady Ping on the geofilter and Congestion Control is set.
  2. Yes this is still happening on .41
  3. This has been happening since I was sent .40 on Jan 15. As mentioned I can use my ASUS router and no latency or shuddering issues.
  4. Hi, Yes I have the ports forwarded and they show an open NAT.
  5. Not sure what's happening with my R3... I have updated to .40 and now trying to play COD is next to impossible.. I am getting huge studdering/lag issues. I have updated to .41, have done a hard reset and still the same issue. I try playing with my ASUS router and everything is good and smooth... I am at a loss of what can be happening.
  6. How will I know when the Firmware is available?
  7. No problem, I can just wait until next week.
  8. Good day, I set up an Apple home and it gave me the message warning in the attached picture. I am wondering if there is a setting that I need to change.
  9. I have the same problem with my R2 and it has carried over to my R3.
  10. Am I able to get this as well?
  11. Hello, not sure but I think I might have a hardware failure of some kind. My router is less than a year old and when I plug into the #2 port I loose any network connection. if I use any other port it seems a little better and I do get connection but #2 port is definitely dead.
