The Nintendo Switch connection test says I"m getting 4kbps download and 95 kbps upload

Hi Fraser, First of all thanks for never taking a day off! I just set my bandwidth speeds. I had some trouble during the last update. I am getting 209 mbps from speedtest on my phone via R2 wifi. Hardwired laptop 369. I haven't made any settings for the Switch. Bought the new Zelda edition and am doing the system update via wifi. Has over 400 minutes to go with 15 kbps.

So my Nintendo Switch is only downloading at 14kbps because I'm connected to the Netduma R2 wirelessly? That doesn't make much sense. My original question was how to increase the download speed without connecting an ethernet cable. I'm getting 340mbps..does it need to be prioritized, etc. Appreciate the reply but it doesn't seem like you know how to help. I won't be purchasing anything through an afflink while trying to receive support. Perhaps Netduma Fraser or someone else will be able to reply with knowledge?
