17 is very good, is it a consistent ping or is it fluctuating, spiking up and down? Could you provide a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark test as well as your QoS page please?

Are you using the Geo-Filter for the PS5? If so, disable that, does it resolve the disconnects? 
The console speed tests aren't always accurate, you'll be getting your full speed, it's probable Traffic Prioritization is prioritizing the Xbox and that's why you see less speed on the test.
