no i havent made any changes in the QoS. they have been the same for months. i used to get 4,000. so to drop to 800 is weird. when i plug my PS5 into the modem i get the higher bandwidth again though. so it has to do with the router not providing that speed. I was just curious why it would all of a sudden be so low.

So, now my game bandwidth is under 1k, it sits about 800. when it usually sits at 4,000. why is this? and i already unplugged the router and waited and turned it back on and it did nothing.

does my PC have to be connected to the device itself to access the page?

when i type in dumaos it wont take me to the admin page at all. it says it cant find it. so i cant even update my dumaos either.

so i go to dumaos and i sign in to my admin page and it gives me an error page that says DumaOS not loaded yet! Don't worry we will redirect you shortly. I have never seen this before. and i am not sure what to do. it never actually loads itself either.

turning it off for 10 min worked enough to bring up the interface. and the version is 3.0.205i

i cant access the interface at all. nothing loads. just a red screen with the spinning circle.

ok sir, i just did that. and still cant reach the IP site. now that i did that, do i have to undo it so my system works? or what do i do?

yes sir, did that step by step. put it in a LAN port, NOT the blue internet port and still got nothing.

ok i did that step by step with timers... still nothing... site can't be reached. the router still has no change as well. still wont connect to the internet.

there has been no change in the router. still doesnt work and the ip you gave me, in a web browser doesnt work either.

Do i need to unplug my router form my modem or can it all be hooked up? because i did try all that at first notice of it being messed up. but i can try it again... also no i do not have access to dumasOS while it is offline. is there a way for me to get access?

I am not sure where to post this. however, i am having issues with the netduma R2 router., it wont connect to my internet ISP modem, so now i am not sure what to do. i am not sure if a new version came out. nor do i now know how to check for what version this one is at with it being offline. i may need a replacement router though. but I know some troubleshooting will need to be done before that determination happens. I am very hopeful this can be fixed with your help and i wont need a replacement! as that is my last resort. Thank you Ryan
