We can see the IP on your forum post, that's why we say to post from a device connected to the R3 so we can get the correct IP

Okay thank you, factory reset then as soon as you can try upgrading to .179
If that doesn't work:
If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and we'll get a dev to try and force an upgrade through on Monday.
