  1. I am based in the UK and my internet provider is BT. BT provided me with the homehub 6 to connect to the internet. I recently learnt about DMZ settings in the homehub so have set the R2 up in there. To get the R2 to work correctly are there any other settings I should change/turn off in the homehub?
  2. Thank you Fraser, I have now run the update and all has worked. Is there any update on the official firmware release?
  3. Thank you for your help once again, fingers crossed a dev can get access today.
  4. Thank you for your help. I have now found the setting in the BT HomeHub and added the router to it. Fingers crossed this means my router can now be accessed.
  5. Good afternoon, has the been any luck accessing my router?
  6. I do use the BT hub yes. I'm not quite sure what you mean. Are you able to provide a basic tutorial to set this please?
  7. I am not sure how often my IP changes, I am with BT so know it isn't fixed. With regards to open NAT I am not sure, how would I check?
  8. Good afternoon, I just wanted to check if there is any progress on the fix for my router? I have left the router with remote support enabled. Thank you in advance.
  9. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, I have been in and enabled this setting. Is there any other information needed?
  10. I have tried deleting the download and downloading again. Re-downloading with another browser. Rebooting the router then updating after it restarts. Always the same error.
  11. Sorry for the late response, yes it is definitely the .sig file.
