mron0903 got a reaction from muratcabuks in R3 Firmware
Has anyone actually gotten access to the new firmware? Or is there some confusion going on right now?
@Netduma Fraser If the new firmware is available through early access, I would like a go at it. Thank you. Also, if not, can you clarify it is out? Thank you.

mron0903 got a reaction from rvndo in Worse Bufferbloat and various issues with R3
Okay, so I'm not losing my mind as well.. I am having similar issues with my R3 as well and nothing seems to work. It's very temperamental, was working fine earlier today and now my upload and download speeds are all over the place. It's very frustrating especially when your trying to game and are getting huge lag spikes of up to 1000ms in WZ. QOS can't work if the routers throughput is inconsistent as it is right now.
What really bothers me is the amount of bugs in this OS.. like seriously, we're just beta testing in hopes that the fixes come sooner than later so we feel like we didn't waste our money. I like the concept of netduma and what the OS is suppose to do, but this is not acceptable. Been stated by an employee here that a new firmware is coming out this week. Let's hope that's true because if not, I need to pick up a spare router in the meantime before I lose my mind.

Granted some of these things will need a firmware update and should be much improved when available but still worth making a new topic for your issues and we can go through 1 by 1 to try and improve them - if you want to that is, otherwise totally understand if you want to wait for firmware. As of this morning when I checked it was still on track for this week.

I was reading through and decided to not make a post just echoing others. Didn't mean to hijack this one. I have lowered speeds, poor wifi performance, custom GEO (same one I use on the XR1000) allowing servers outside of my designated area, terrible latency variance, speed test and ping optimizer aren't working, speedboost works sporadically and sometimes drops other connections on random devices in the house when it senses game traffic, moderate NAT, high CPU usage, and steady ping had to be disabled for my geofilter to work properly.
I'm a tinkerer at heart so I've already done multiple factory resets, split wifi networks, tested wifi channels individually, congestion on with multiple settings, congestion completely off, speed boost with manually configured settings, speedboost with auto config, speedboost off, steady ping with a ping 10ms higher than my typical ping to my nearest server, uPnP on, uPnP off with ports forwarded, IPV6 on, IPV6 off, changing DNS to Google servers, changing router IP to 10.0.0.1, etc. Turned off everything that's not in my XR1000 config and set it up exactly like my XR1000 and it just didnt work well at all. I spent 5hrs tinkering yesterday to no avail. I was never able to get the big 3. Consistent speeds, consistent ping, and strong wifi performance all at the same time. CM1000 router with 500d/20u from Spectrum. Swapped back over to the XR1000 last night and everything is back to how I'm used to.
I'm holding out for the next FW update with high hopes. On .23 now but it's in the box til the next update is available. Caused too much grief in my home to reconnect and get logs and such. If I had set up remote I'd just SSH into it to prevent having to disconnect from my internet since I dont have a 2nd PC/laptop or 2nd NIC to prevent that.

As above, the ports are limited to 1Gbps

I've just checked this for you and it is going to the correct address from the order. I think what you're looking at is the destination service area - so basically the DHL hub in closest proximity to you that's where it is aiming to get to first and then it will show as out for delivery sometime after that.

Yes there are wall mount holes on the underside
Hello! That's great to hear, thank you for the support!
