How long do I have to wait for this to be fixed.

So I mainly play black ops 4 and I started messing around with the settings and I find that I constantly get good games with 5 up/down and or 10up/down. Is this supposed to happen? Been playing with this for a few days now and still get only good games

i have learned that sometimes even if your in the same lobby after a few games you might be put on a different server that is even worse and you have to catch it before it screws you over. it might not be the same for you but it is just something i caught on to a few times
