I have not noticed anything strange, it is quite random, I have noticed that the internet connection drops, however the Wi-Fi connection is maintained for a few moments, now I have realized that the lights on the device remain fixed when the problem passes.

Hello, I have been having this problem for several days now, my Wi-Fi connection drops and it does not allow me to connect any device, only by cable, I have factory reset the device but the problem continues, I have version 4.0.219 and I have been seeing what there is another firmware but I can't find it, does that version correct this problem? Regards.
