I got my R1 up and running again and want the update pls

Well I was ready for the update until I accidentally factory reset my router at the settings page and now I can't even connect to it because it isn't accepting my password to connect to the R1. I tried the serial number following the quick start guide I got with the router, and I even tried the password I changed it to when I was doing my settings. It doesn't work and I'm so upset :/

I'll continue to check back on the thread daily. Please just let me know if I am ready for the update Hope everyone has a splendid weekend!

I believe I have resolved the issue. I changed the DMZ settings finally after so many trial and errors with different tutorials. Please try accessing my router again Fraser! I can't wait to finally be able to update!

Well I don't think I can change DMZ settings with Verizon Fios. So I don't know what to do

I am unable to change DMZ settings with Verizon FiOS I think.. Since the R1 is connected through my ISP Hub when it's on bridge mode. So is there another way I can get the update? Should I turn off geo-filter or something?

I'm not sure of what you mean by making sure the R1 is in the DMZ of my ISP hub. Does that mean the ethernet LAN port? Or the single ethernet WAN port? Please try again and let me know.

What do you mean by "Not able to access your router can you ensure the R1 is in the DMZ of your ISP hub please. " I'm unsure what you want me to do exactly.

I want the update. But I only have version 1.03.3. Remote support is checked. Please let me know when it is ok to update.
